Section 4: Delegated Voting and Quadratic Voting
4.1 Delegated Voting
To ensure that all members, including those with fewer tokens, can effectively participate in governance, the DAO allows delegated voting. Token holders may delegate their voting power to another member whom they trust to vote on their behalf. Delegates are responsible for voting in line with the interests of the token holders they represent.
4.2 Quadratic Voting
For certain high-impact governance decisions, the DAO may implement quadratic voting. This voting mechanism reduces the influence of large token holders by making it progressively more expensive to cast additional votes, ensuring that the preferences of smaller token holders are equally considered.
