Section 7: Conflict Resolution and Dispute Management

7.1 Conflict Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding governance, decision-making, or fund management, the DAO has established a conflict resolution process. Disputes are first handled by the Governance Committee, which will review the issue and work towards a resolution through mediation and discussion.

7.2 Proposal for Dispute Resolution

If a conflict cannot be resolved through the Governance Committee, any CATH token holder can submit a formal Dispute Resolution Proposal. The community will vote on the proposal to determine the best course of action. The decision reached through community voting will be considered final and binding.
