Section 8: Amendments to the Governance Protocol

8.1 Amendment Process

The Cathedral Foundation DAO Governance Protocol is designed to be flexible and adaptable. Any member can submit a Governance Proposal to amend the protocol. Amendments must follow the standard voting process and require a quorum of 10% and an approval threshold of 66% to pass.

8.2 Implementation of Amendments

Once an amendment is approved, it is immediately implemented through the DAO’s smart contracts. Amendments are recorded on-chain, and the updated version of the Governance Protocol is made available to all members.
